AN EXTENDED WEEKEND RETREAT CATERED SPECIFICALLY FOR YOUR LEADERSHIP TEAM
YME is excited to partner with your church or ministry to help train your leadership team as they serve faithfully and invest in the next generation. Evan, the founder of YME, will come to you and spend an entire weekend with you - training, equipping, and teaching workshops for your entire team to help develop or strengthen your vision for your specific youth ministry.

After the retreat is booked, a representative from YME will send an online questionnaire to all members planning to attend the retreat, as well as the senior Pastor and relevant leadership teams, asking for specific feedback that will help aid in the structure and planning of the weekend retreat. We will gather this information so that the trainings and sessions are relevant and beneficial for the team as a whole, while aligning with the overall mission and vision of the church. Each retreat will be individualized based upon cultural demographics of the local community and targeted toward the needs, goals, and growing edges of the entire team.

A YME Representative will work with the church on details such as retreat location, transportation, and specific needs for the weekend. This information will be incorporated into the main schedule and itinerary, and be finalized two weeks before the retreat date.
Whether it’s at your church, a leader’s home, or at a retreat center, Evan and his team will meet you wherever works best for your team and your budget.

Retreat organizers will get the opportunity to choose which classes will be taught from a catalog of offerings, based on their current needs for the ministry.

After the retreat, a YME representative will write a comprehensive report accessible to all retreat participants, detailing long term goals and future action items for program sustainability, including curriculum resources if desired.
In addition, ongoing consultation or training is available if requested.

We care deeply for the local church. Therefore, we don’t charge a fee for our time investment, so that the results you see far outweigh your financial investment.
All that we ask is that the church covers the cost of transportation and lodging for the YME team, as well as a $20 charge for curriculum materials and binders for each leader attending.
(This does not include any retreat venue costs, as the church will decide where to host and if food will be provided.)
